What are your minimum spends?

We have many options to suit every budget and size group. You can order one platter if you like, or even one meal. The delivery fee will be advised depending on your service required. Pick up is also an option to avoid courier fees.

What is my order deadline?

Please ensure 48 hours notice is given for all catering deliveries. And please phone in any last minute requests instead of emailing to make sure we don't miss anything. Please call 0497 333 100. We will try our hardest to make it happen for you.

How do I work out my delivery fees?

Our shopping cart is set to $0 as there are several variables that we need to manually work out when we receive your order. Some deliveries may be suitable for a discounted delivery as they are done in a delivery window of 4 hours (such as frozen meals) while others need a premium point to point delivery (hot and fresh deliveries required at an exact time). How are my frozen meals delivered?

Your gourmet meals come packed in a sealed polystyrene esky to keep the food at the correct temperature for up to three hours. However, we recommend that someone is available to accept the delivery so that the meals can be put straight into the fridge or freezer to maintain freshness. Each meal is contained in its own plastic container with reheating instructions printed in and delivered in the plastic envelope on the front of the box.

What will I do with my leftover boxes?

As your gourmet meals are delivered in styrofoam boxes each week, you might realise that you are building up a collection. We can collect again when we deliver to you next time. You are also welcome to drop them off at our Caulfield kitchen and we will reuse them. Alternatively they are very handy for storing items in or using for the garden to plant things in.
